You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ks7779 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or permit any other person to access or use your Account.

You must notify ks7779 support immediately upon becoming aware of, or suspecting, any unauthorised access to your Account. ks7779 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

ks7779 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time where:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct associated with the Account;
• The Account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account holder is found to have provided false or misleading information at any stage;
• Outstanding KYC verification documents have not been supplied within a reasonable timeframe as requested;
• The Account is inactive for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, in which case ks7779 may apply a monthly account maintenance fee as published in the Platform's fee schedule.

ks7779 accepts deposits from Bangladeshi players via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at ks7779's discretion and will be reflected on the deposits page of the Platform at the time of any such change.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status; current limits are displayed at the time of initiating a deposit transaction within the Platform's cashier section.

In order to maintain the security and integrity of the ks7779 platform and to protect players against identity fraud, ks7779 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Completion of KYC verification is a mandatory requirement before any withdrawal request will be processed.

This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of ks7779.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ks7779 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure.

ks7779 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, free of errors, or free from viruses or other malicious components. ks7779 will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during scheduled maintenance periods or events outside its reasonable control.

ks7779's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by that Player into their ks7779 Account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ks7779's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.

ks7779 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account with immediate effect and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, abused any promotional offer, or where required to do so for regulatory or legal compliance reasons.

Upon closure of an Account by ks7779 due to a breach of these Terms, any Real Funds balance remaining in the Account after any applicable deductions for losses, bonus reversals, or costs incurred by ks7779 as a result of the breach will be returned to the Player via the original payment method where practicable. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited in full.

Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting ks7779 customer support. Upon voluntary Account closure, any Real Funds balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification being in place. Any active Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

ks7779 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, ks7779 will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an in-platform notification to the Player's Account.

Continued use of the ks7779 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
